INTEGRATION IN THE COMPANY

According to conditions agreed with the proposed candidate and upon the client's request, the employment contract can be issued according  to the Company's policy and the position requirements adapted to the applicable labour laws into force.

A temporary Time Management can be set up as a follow-up to check the integration of the elected candidate, observing in detail the performance at work and behaviour  with the environment, including relationship with the personnel in accordance with the job he/she  has been assigned and the Company's own policy.

Our long experience and knowledge of the executive and operative staff in the national and international transport field, as well as the comprehensive analysis performed on the candidates, allow us to guarantee success of every recruitment job.
