HOW WE WORK
1.- A prior meeting with the client to get a description of the position to be filled, responsibilities and features of the position, to determine the candidat'es profile.RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE 2.-Presentation of the proposal, description of the task and objectives, and formulation of advertisements. 3.- Confirmation of the contract and agreement with the client on the proceedings to follow. 4.- Publication of advertisements in professional press. 5.- First contacts with direct-search candidates.. 6.- Analysis of applications received. 7.-Interviews with pre-selected candidates conducting personality tests (16-PF, Domino/70, GBS, IPV, Rosenzweig, Rorschasch) 8.- Evaluation- reports of several candidates are then submitted to the client. 9.-Introduction to the client of the proposed candidates and assistance at the interviews, if so desired. 10- Negative notice to non-elected candidates, after selection process has been finished.
