Weak points to be improved and the duties and tasks  where autonomy and self-confidence  are to be expected, are evaluated and marked for further consideration.

The personality analysis is conducted by our own psychologists, also specialised in international forwarding through personality tests followed by interviews with the candidates during which the results are then discussed.The conclusions reached are part of the complete evaluation of teh candidates for the proposed job.

The resulting information and evaluation of the candidates are then elaborated in written reports, indicating their skills in various areas.

The time needed for the analysis and the elaboration of the reports is not long depending on the availability  of candidates for the interviews. The appointments may be agreed beyond normal working hours to enable attendance of candidates.
